Is using Bicnex free?
Creating account on Bicnex is free. You can deposit, store and withdraw your assets for free. But each blockchain network has its own fee system and we may charge you for that. Trading and exchanging assets on Bicnex is not completely free, but our fees are very low compared to other famous exchanges. Our VIP users are exempt from all fees.

Can I use Bicnex anonymously?
Yes! Cryptocurrencies are all about anonymity! It is possible to create your account on Bicnex, without even entering your email address or phone number! Anonymous accounts cannot trade or swap their assets but other features are available for them. We strongly recommend you verify your e-mail address and phone number to add one more security level to your account and unlock all features on Bicnex. We don't share your information with others.

How safe are my crypto assets?
We store all crypto assets safely with a secure offline storage system, your crypto assets are absolutely safe in our cold wallets. Also as long as you keep your assets in your Bicnex account, If anything happens to them, we have insurance contracts that covers your loss.

Can my account be banned?
As long as you use your account legally, you have nothing to worry about. If you violate Bicnex rules, we will send you a warning. In some rare cases, we may have to ban an account due to several violation of rules. In any case, if we decide to ban an account, we will notify the owner, at least 10 days before bannig, so they can withdraw their assets and empty their account. We NEVER ban an account without warning.

Can I have multiple accounts on Bicnex?
Yes. You can create and use multiple accounts on Bicnex anonymously. But we recommend that you create and use only one account.

I have forgotten my password. What can I do?
If you already verified your email address and your phone number, you can reset your password here and a new password will be sent to you.
But if you use an anonymous account (that means you never gave us your email or phone number), unfortunately, we can't do much about it. In this case, you have no way to prove your ownership of the account.
The only way is to call our support team and send them anything you have to show that you are the owner. They will flag your account and if no one logins into your account in a whole year, they will consider your request. But it would be a long and hard way, so have some backups of your password in secure places or don't use anonymous accounts if you think you may forget your password.
